Interestingly in the last few weeks I’ve been working with two local clients, that offer business support services. They both required a graphic designer to produce branding and stationery for their exciting new ventures!
Crescat founder Nick Allsopp approached Pick Me! Design to produce a logo and corporate stationery, for his newly established business coaching company. The word ‘crescat’ means ‘grow’ in latin, so we both felt an illustration of a leaf would a great way to represent this. I provided Nick with a logo that could be used for all marketing material and an avatar for use on social media. I also designed business cards, letterheads and correspondence cards, using the new branding and I’m very pleased with the outcome and fortunately so is the client!
“I have really enjoyed working with Sarah, who has been able to interpret my very vague ideas and produce a great brand identity.“
Similarly Emma Wootton from Surethought needed assistance with branding for her new strategic planning workshops ‘The Noodle Plan’. To ‘noodle’ is a term than can be used for thinking or brainstorming, so I wanted to try and incorporate thought bubbles within the logo. Fortunately this seemed to work naturally with the ‘o’ of ‘noodle’. Again I provided Emma with a final logo and avatar for use across all promotional platforms from business cards, through to her new website and I was delighted with Emma’s feedback!
“Sarah is a dream to work with! She has an excellent grasp of all things design with heaps of experience from many sectors and artistic endeavours to apply in her work. She listened to my needs very carefully and responded perfectly to the brief.”
