Last weekend I had the pleasure of an art tour around the city of Salisbury, in Wiltshire. First stop, after a sunny picnic in Cathedral Close, was a visit to Salisbury Cathedral Cloisters – recommended for anyone looking for a pretty al fresco spot for lunch, especially in finer weather, with the sun pouring through the rows of highly ornate archways.

It’s the final week of ‘Cutting It Fine: The Art of the British Wood Engraver’ exhibition at Salisbury Museum, and I didn’t want to keep this fantastic print show a secret!

I can’t believe it’s close to a year since we relocated to Wiltshire. As you can imagine moving mid-pandemic is definitely not something I’d like to repeat, but we’re very happy in our new home and have really enjoyed exploring the area.

This autumn I have dusted off my art apron and dug out my inks to teach the good people of Reigate and Redhill the art of Lino Printing!

I had the pleasure of meeting gallery owner Kevin Zuchowski-Morrison at his opening night of ‘We are Croydon’, currently being held at Rise Gallery, Croydon. I loved Kevin’s enthusiasm for both the artists and Croydon, and rightly so!

These last few years I have watched my friend and fellow graphic designer Nick Daley flourish with his popular venture Bareface. Although a successful art director and designer, Nick felt that he wanted to revisit his childhood love of art and drawing.
